Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water I used my electric kettle and let it cool
  • t tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 grind fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil water, stir in the turmeric, lemon juice, pepper. Let it cool until warm.

  2. Drink when warm (not hot)!
